Pershing Recognized by Wisconsin Department of Instruction!

Pershing Elementary School is one of the three schools in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District recognized as a 2024–25 Wisconsin School of Recognition, earning distinction as a High Impact School.

Referendum Update: October 2025

Referendum-funded construction is progressing on schedule across the district, with major visible milestones at the new West Allis Central Fieldhouse, set for a soft opening on November 26 and a grand opening in January. Upcoming 2026 projects are already in planning, including bathroom renovations, HVAC upgrades, and safety and accessibility improvements at multiple schools. The district remains committed to enhancing learning environments through community support and strategic investment.
